• Standard published rates start at $185/person/night for multi-night retreats. This represents our "what it costs to host you" baseline.
• Mission-aligned organizations are eligible for adjusted pricing. The size of the adjustment depends on organization type, retreat length, lead time, and whether dates fall in lean months (November, January, summer weekdays).
• Multi-year recurring clients receive the strongest pricing consistency.
• Day meeting pricing from $45/person for board meetings, training days, and short workshops.
• The Diocese of Louisiana subsidizes mission-related programming through our shared ministry structure.
